hmmm.....does it say "Hunter of the darkness"?

To me it looks a bit like a rainstorm during the night, with a glowy-eyed monster in the back. Possibly...on waves? Maybe a mountain or thick fog? Am I close?

text is a bit hard to read (still possible mind), maybe it would be better if the rain effect was behind the text?
I like the way the eyes look, what with the trails (I assume that's conveying movement?), also the way you've made it dark, cloudy (ect) looks nice, very stormy. You've done a lot better than I can do, at the least, lookin' sinister.
