I guess that usually there will only be one person fired every day so we'll all know who it is.
I think that for the person who was fired by the boss, we can (probably) discount BeuTube as he admitted that he had missed the deadline, and thanks to my sexy detective work I discovered that Panda and Marik still haven't been on since the first day started. This leaves weldothewise and Dr_obvious and a quick scan of the posts reveals that Dr_Obvious was much more openly accused of being the boss than weldo and so, assuming that people didn't just randomly choose who to vote for, I conclude that Dr_Obvious was fired because of the voting.
As for who is the boss, AppleAssault can still be discounted even though he managed to vote as he wasn't on to submit the original memo. We still have the original criteria established from the first day:

- The boss likes memes.
- They are also the sort of person who would end a post with "Love, The Boss".
- They are a jokey type of person.
- They do not use proper grammar most of the time.
And we can also add the following points to that:
e. They are still sticking to the "Evil Overlord" stereotype.
f. They would be willing to spend some time writing that poem.
g. They "can't come up with unique rhymes".
h. They know enough about the VoxelBox to manage to fit them into the rhyme.
Feel free to re-post this list with any additions/alterations.
