If you are an Admin, you are in the top 0.1% of all people who have applied (At least while the greylist has been active).
If you are a Curator, you are in the top 0.2% of all people who have applied (At least while the greylist has been active).
If you are a Sniper, you are in the top 0.7% of all people who have applied (At least while the greylist has been active).
Facts based off of the number of userpages on the wiki per rank.
I think I did my math right. Probably not though since I'm really tired.

Sooo many graylist apps... How long do you take for one app? Are some instantly denied due to too short answers / horrible english?

It varies for all the reviewers, but for me, I typically insta-deny apps with minimal writing and/or no images. I take the time to read apps which write 3+ sentences per field or have decent images (I look at all images for every app I see unless the app is ridiculously short)
