HD Fonts isn't the best idea because minecraft doesnt support HD Texture Pack yet. So it may be a bit weird(like the coords on the minimap). My idea is to have an option on the modpack to install HD fonts.

Double are the redstone torches modified from pangea? The biggest redstone complaint with those was getting used to the on/off colors but with 32 you seem to have fixed the problem.
