Does anybody know where Voxel Records went? I have this strange feeling it shut down, because the soundcloud group is gone and when I asked pork about it he didn't respond.

The VoxelRecords thread was removed for containing copyrighted music which did not belong to porkenfry even though he claimed they did. As a result the thread has been removed as it was against the Terms of Service of the Voxelbox.

If its been closed down, could I create another one which would NOT break the rules of the Voxelbox, with permission from pork? I really liked the idea of VoxelRecords and I'm sad that its gone.

(Yes, I'm just a guest, now stop that memberisim! I'm a terrible builder, A'right? And yes, that original plan failed. Were just improving upon an idea that worked now, instead of doing something that people didn't like.)

Obviously to not break the rules of the voxelbox it would just cleanly just have some very descriptive uploading policies, which if a musical composition DID break the TOS it would just be immediately terminated and the author of the song banned from uploading new songs to VoxelRecords,

VoxelRecords was never truly part of the Voxelbox in the first place, feel free to post your own creations. You can go ahead and tag your songs with VoxelRecords and be a part of that group, its all your choice, and being a guest still makes you part of our community. Just don't do anything illegal and you'll be fine!

Feel free to make a compilation thread for songs created by VoxelBox members, although, as before if the thread is caught harboring illegal songs it will be removed.
