I'm a very frequent Reddit browser and I spend some time on r/Minecraft and stuff. I see lots of awesome buildings sticking out of the shitty mass of wooden boxes like golden towers of architectural finesse and artistic excellence. Sometimes I see Mexxys or Kupos posts, but there are lots of great builders out there who don't know about us yet. What I'm thinking of is some kind of uncle Sam picture that says "I want you for The Voxel Box!" maybe with ridgedog instead of uncle Sam, just for the lulz. Something like that.
The Idea is that us members can post that picture if we find an awesome piece of minecraft building in the depths of the internet that we consider awesome. If you send in the link of the reddit post/forum thread/whatever a member posted the picture would on your build that would increase the chances of greylisting. To prevent abusal, we should write our MC-Username (if not the same username as on that particular website anyways) in the same pot we put the picture in. If there are still doubts, the member can still be asked personally.
I think this is a great idea to enslave, uhm, I mean, recruit good builders we where missing out.
